Product was defective from first cycle after installing - F5 error flashed up within 5 minutes and the diagnosis was defective parts which needing engineer replacement. Suggest that this speaks volumes about quality control at the manufacturer. Warranty repair requested but waited a month for parts to be available through manufacturers repair agents, chasing every week, and now expect to wait a further 10 days for the engineer to turn up to do the repair. Would in no way recommend either for product or warranty service.

Sadly the product failed to work at all. Within 10 minutes of the first ever wash cycle it flagged up a fault and the manual said my only option was to "call for service". As things stand an engineer from Sharp will turn up in about a week to fix this, at least I hope so.

Dishwasher didn't work got in touch with ao,they put in touch with sharp they booked a visit for following Friday,waited in all day no correspondence from sharp,finally turned up,didn't fix it now have to wait a further week

I was going to give this 2star but when thinking logically I decided 1star fits all slimlines for multiple reasons. In my experience all slimline dishwasher are trash weather for one reason or multiple reasons there just not worth making or buying. Advice: if you ent got room for a full size one knock something out and make room

Product is very poorly designed and we cannot put dinner plates in it (interferes with the rotating blade). Would not recommend this product based on this.

Unfortunately this product was faulty from the start and never worked. Very friendly engineer looked at it and needed to order new parts.

Cups on the top shelf are left stained - Even on the 65° programme. Dinner plates can't be bigger than 25cm or the water blade cannot spin to wash. You will find that most dinner plates are 26-27.5cm ao be careful before you buy this! Buttons are flimsy and cheap, you press them by accident everything you open or close the door. Spend more on one that actually does the job it's supposed to.

This product is a joke . Door is move to left!
