The first one only lasted a week. I’ve had the new one 3 weeks so far and still working. Easy to use and clean. Just hope I lasts!

We chose this particular item as it ticked all of the boxes for us. The flatbed rather than a turntable is a complete game changer- excellent. All of the different operations work well and the preset programmes are simple to use. The oven is stylish and the drop down door is an added bonus. The only criticism is that the door has to be pushed firmly, almost banged, to close properly

Loving my microwave..a flatbed is so much better than a rotating plate..you can use any dishes . Having a drop down door is great too. Delivery was prompt

I like the flatbed, the drop down door, the size and the appearance. Already have one - this one bought for my son .Can't think of anything to dislike.

A very good value proposition let down by the silly accessories that accompany it. It is flatbed fan oven capable device that comes with a poorly manufactured round tray with legs that uses about 1/3 of the capacity and a rack that is the same design. If only they had put ridges in the internal side walls and included some rectangular trays to slide in/out it would have made this a great product.

I had one of these which gave me very good service for about 10 years.I really like this particular model with the drop down door so I wanted to get another. Very difficult, but ,AO to the rescue and I had a replacement within 2 days. I think that it is the best combi microwave on the market, not too big but all the features. A good looker too. I'm so surprised that Sharp seem to have discontinued it.

Second one I have bought from AO first one lasted over six years used virtually as the only microwave, convection oven grill I used so it got a bit of a hammering! New one is great shiny and quiet and the microwave up to full function again,make my style prepare set and leave to cook so easy
