I had one of these which gave me very good service for about 10 years.I really like this particular model with the drop down door so I wanted to get another. Very difficult, but ,AO to the rescue and I had a replacement within 2 days. I think that it is the best combi microwave on the market, not too big but all the features. A good looker too. I'm so surprised that Sharp seem to have discontinued it.

Second one I have bought from AO first one lasted over six years used virtually as the only microwave, convection oven grill I used so it got a bit of a hammering! New one is great shiny and quiet and the microwave up to full function again,make my style prepare set and leave to cook so easy

great value product. It was bought to replace a very similar one which we had for 5 years but was recently damaged. No fault of the mocrowave. simple to use and spacious.

This microwave is an excellent product, so easy to use. It's Flatbed design means you can use any shape and size of dish you like.

If I had one complaint it’s a bit loud

This is a really good piece of kitchen equipment. So good that this is a second one for our static caravan. The pull down door is very convenient.

Getting used to it after slow start. The handbook was close to useless, but I found a good UTube video that explained all. It’s a bit noisy but not too bad. Lots of programs that probably won’t get used.

Only used the microwave function on a couple of occasions, but happy with results so far.
