    GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

    4/5
I bought this microwave to replace an ancient microwave to improve energy efficiency. Not used a combi microwave before but I am determined to make the most of this model and not just heat up the milk for a coffee/ hot chocolate! What I like - it's quick and efficient - I attempted to cook a whole chicken using the convection oven on the second day which was a great success. The chicken skin browned and the bird was very moist and tender. It has given me the incentive to try and use it as much as possible rather than use a conventional oven. The oven cavity is large so can cope with large chickens / joints etc What I don't like - the manual is very basic and doesn't give enough detail. I had to order a microwave book online to help with timings etc. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

    Do not buy!

The oven takes longer than expected to heat up and does not maintain consistent temperature. The grill does not brown despite food being under it for longer than a conventional grill - pale sausages that look uncooked are really unappetising! The air fryer has no instructions about what to cook the food in. I think maybe you have to buy an air fryer basket as it was not provided? Overall, does not work as expected and very disappointed.

I am quite sure that this is a good microwave, but I have absolutely no idea how to use it, which trays etc to use when, nor how long to cook anything for! The instruction manual is minimal, there are no recipes. Consequently, when I tried to cook simple jacket potatoes this evening, they were a disaster! I tried combi...but they were just like microwave potatoes. I was worried about using anything other than the glass tray. I can't find anything online either!!!!

    Good microwave

It seems to be all it says in the advertising blurb. I have used most functions, microwave to re heat food, Grill for cheese on toast, convection oven to bake pastries kievs and jacket potatoes. I am learning its quirks but so far so good. My only beef is the lack of detailed cooking instructions, especially for the programmed functions, I cannot work out what they do, this is why I knocked a star off, not for the functionality and ease of use. There is an air fry function which is not explained at all, it has presets but does not say what temperature or time they are. If the food and quantity is not on the list you are stuffed. There is nothing online to explain them either. I would recomend this MW oven and buy myself again acceptiing the air fry is not useable.

Everything seems to work fine, still trying the programs, combi is good cooked a large hotpot in 90 mins,35 min for 300 g of frozen chips on air fry, micro is quick ,large convection oven that heats up quickly, good all round. The booklet that came with is poor, focus on what you shouldn't do rather what you can do, very light on cooking instructions.

    Good all rounder.

Very good appliance. Lots of room inside and easy to use. My only gripes are that the convection oven temperature can't be set below 140c (my old one could go down to 40c which is good for bread proving), also the oven doesn't get as hot as the levels shown, i.e. 230c is more like 190c.

Excellent piece of kit to cook your favourite foods

Excellent combination microwave no problems at all. Would recommend, can reduce running costs by using combined microwave and convection oven. Cooks food well.
