9 months on and not happy

I’m going to start by saying that this product has just defrosted all of the food in it despite the display saying that the freezer is at -19c and that the Samsung customer service is terrible. I bought this product from ao.com 9 months ago.
Other thoughts - ice generation is really noisy - constant sound of clonking ice cubes. The drawer in the freezer comes out of its runners frequently. The rather bizarre sliding shelf arrangement (designed to give double height for bottles) seems to slide of its own accord. To be honest, I’ve just reminded myself what I paid for this product and I’m rather shocked now I have 9 months experience of it - it’s poor value. The only positive note I can add is that it fits nicely into the space in the kitchen and looks OK. But I wouldn’t buy Samsung again
