The microwave looks very nice. It matches my kitchen appliances. It also takes up much less space than my old microwave. However even after reading the instruction leaflet and seeing a demonstration on YouTube I can't work it. I turn the dial and hope for the best.y last microwave had a digital panel . I just pressed a button for defrost, medium heat, high heat and Turbo boost. Then I pressed the time for Cooking and it went. I know nothing about putting in the weight of food and turning the dial. I am sorry that I chose this model of microwave.

Still new but pleased with look and speedy delivery. So far uncomplicated to operate and has performing as expected.

The Russell Hobbs RHM2026C MICROWAVE is excellent. Just the right shade of cream, it matches our Russell Hobs Kettle, so that's a bonus. and it came with every function that we required. The 30 second instant touch is a godsend :-) Russell Hobbs do it again
