    Good looking product,but some flaws

    3/5
A neat little cooker with good looks. Unfortunately hob did not glow HOT(neon sign) which is bad. I learnt from subsequent conversation with Stoves that this was no longer the case and that the ceramic top on this model should have had a different one !! very poor especially as I burnt my finger on first use because of no warning light. Everything else seems okay.

Too deep for standard surfaces crude and old-fashioned

    3/5
Not very well designed lid increases the depth significantly making it too deep for most surfaces had to remove it to make it fit generally seemed a bit crude and old-fashioned felt more like a cheap cooker than an expensive one

Oven is really good, one of the rings didn't work when it was installed and a 2 week wait for the engineer, hope it will be fixed soon

    Quality control at factory awful

    3/5
Just taken delivery of this cooker. Looks great build seems good. Just about to check Main oven and fortunately noticed that where the light should be there is a gaping hole in the oven with bare wires hanging out into the oven. If I'd have turned the oven on all the wiring would have been melted. Clearly someone on the factory floor omitted to install the light.Awaiting a response , Had my cooker three hours and have no oven . After spending a large amount of money I am very dissapointed!

Good oven but could be better quality

    3/5
I have had this oven for 5 months. It looks great and cooks great but the quality isn’t the best. The ovens light went after 2 months. Two of the nobs have fallen off and don’t go back on properly and keep falling off. The oven is easy to clean but there’s a gap between the hobs and the controls which crumbs keep getting stuck and it’s rather annoying trying to remove the crumbs. It is a good oven but could be great if they improved the quality.

    Ok hard to clean

    3/5
Had for three years and now replacing with an aga. The champagne colour looks lovely but I found this to mark easily with seepage from the cavity leaving a dark brown stains almost impossible to get off. Debris around Crome handles and in between top and front difficult to remove need an old toothbrush to be effective. Cooks food well though!

    Smart and functional

    4/5
Very smart-looking - fits in perfectly with my decor. Convenient to have two ovens, the top doubling as a grill. Totally flat top making it so much easier to clean than the gas cooker it replaced. My only gripe would be that the ovens do take a very long time to heat up - but this is the first electric cooker I've had, so that might be common.
