A nice looking range cooker let down by poor, unclear instructions that have to be downloaded. The induction hob is average in performance compared to my old Rangemaster. The hobs take and age to come up to temperature unless you use the boost function. The slider controls are awful, especially when wet. One hob (less than a month old) keeps showing an error (unable to ID because of poor instructions) and beeps. The main grille controls are not intuitive and the instructions don't tell you how it works, trial and error late one night solved the riddle! Sadly I'm stuck with it now, looks good, but doesn't perform well.

Should be great but unfortunately the grill only gets warm and would never brown a piece of toast. Otherwise great and hob warms up really quickly and the ovens make great cakes.

Service was great and it is great product only the controls are plastic and feel cheap. As oven / hob it very good just Shane about the controller

It's a lovely product. Looks great and the photos do it justice. Doors feel lighter than I would expect but seems robust. I fitted it but this was simple 3 wires to attach, that's all. Only complaint that stops 5 stars are the markings on the knobs. The knobs are shiny and the markings are in black. This makes them very difficult to read especially in a kitchen with spotlights.

This is a really great range cooker! I Would highly recommend. To be perfectly honest, we chose another brand but were unable to purchase it as it would mean rewiring our kitchen due to the amps....so after a very disheartened search we found that this Stoves met our criteria in the electrics department and could still have the induction hob we desperately wanted. I am not disappointed at all and am glad this is what we needed up with the induction hob is responsive and easy to use (so mich better than cooking on our previous electric hob range. Both the ovens are good sizes and lots of varied cooking options. If anything it heats up too quickly where as I have been used to warming an oven, so everything is cooking super quickly and I need to get used to temperatures etc again. My only quibble would be that ot is tricky to read the chrome knobs with the safety bar there as everything is so shiny in the light but you can remove it if you wanted to, which may help but we have a jumpy puppy and 2 small children so I am just getting on woth it at the moment. I was also a little nervous about the colour/finish as we were trying to match to a Samsung washing machine but it looks good, it is a lovely graphite colour and has a matt finish too, so I am super grateful for the cleaning side of that! (The hob is trickier to keep clean if you were going from a gas hob but similar to an electric hob - i find polish handy every week or so to give it it's shine) We have had lots of compliments on how good it looks and I am enjoying using it and it was good value for money so overall we are very pleased ??

Cooker is solidly built and works well, especially the induction hobs. Faster than gas and very controllable.

So far so good. Takes a bitof getting used to induction hob but successfully cooked Christmas Dinner for family.
