Looks ideal but the doors are so chunky that they do not open fully because of space near the wall. This prevents the drawers in the fridge and freezer from being opened fully, restricting access. Unsure why they designed this new model with super chunky doors. Would have expected the deign to look more modern and high tech. The water dispenser unit looks cheap compared to an older Samsung model we had.

Excellent. But ice maker delivery isn’t instant when requested. There is a two or three second delay before ice arrives in your glass

Fridge freezer is fantastic had old one for 15 years and this one is even better. Doors go up past hinges so you can't see them which is a nice design point. Water easy to connect and all pipe work and fittings Inc. More space inside and led lights are great.

Clean lines, great that it includes a bottle shelf to stop bottles rolling around. Soft close doors, well positioned temperature settings gauge. Ice box doesn't use up too much freezer space. Love the alarm that sounds if door is left open! Colour perfect and very stylish

For 18years had Samsung American FF with ice/water dispenser with filter inside was extremely happy. It also had a wine rack & slim drawer directly under it. Sadly, had to replace with a new Samsung again. Settled for same WITHOUT water/ice dispenser as the filter refill bracket has to be drilled on to a wall AND no wine rack + slim drawer available. That’s the disappointment. Otherwise happy.

Looks great, takes on a bronze colour in sunlight and darkens as the light drops, have to be careful when filling a glass of water as the water outlet is very forward and can miss the glass, far better to stretch out one finger as you hold the glass. The water doesn’t seem as cold as our old Samsung, much more storage room both inside the fridge and freezer. Marked it down because of the sharp corners at the top rear which could cut you if you caught them while placing something on top of the fridge for storage. Very quiet in operation especially the ice production compared to our old fridge

Love it’s slick design and door finish. Water and ice dispenser works brilliantly so far, dripped initially but resolved after a couple of days. Lots of space, perfectly fine for a family of five. Excellent ao communication and delivery.

Deceivingly large storage space inside, very effective at keeping salad drawers crisp and fresh. Water connection was difficult to fit, but great added bonus.
