I bought this in the sale, I wanted a large capacity upright freezer to replace a 10 year old Zanussi which was constantly frosting up. Although physically the same size, internally this has a greater storage capacity. Four large drawers on runners plus 3 removable glass shelves in the main body, The door has 2 handy shelves for small items like cheese or frozen pastry. I use handy fridge boxes to store non-stackable items, frozen fruit and veg etc, on the open shelves to optimise space and prevent avalanches when getting things out. There are no fixed shelves so you could remove shelves and drawers to store bulky items. You can also convert the whole freezer to a fridge if you wanted to. The sides are a nice dark grey matt steel finish and the front is frosted glass. The satin sky blue door looks really smart, the intensity of the colour varies with the ambient light. We have had this a couple of weeks now and have had no issues with finger prints or other marks. Once it got to temperature it has been very quiet. We decided not to fit the bar handle as there is a full height recess on both sides of the door which can be used as a concealed handle. The door opens from right to left when supplied, there are instructions in the manual to rehang it, but it appears to be quite complex and not for the faint hearted. Very happy so far and looking forward to a frost free future.

Great quality, lots of space. We removed the ice cube maker to give additional shelf in the door and it isn't a thing we would use! We couldn't fit the handle but this doesn't matter as it saves space and there is a groove to grab to pull open the door. We actually bought this product based on the volume and it happened to be on special offer .....we wouldn't have paid the full price and would have found an alternative.

Very pleased - massive amount of space, and easy to get working. (Although it would be helpful for those of us who unpack and install it ourselves if the instruction book wasn't delivered inside the fridge)

Great freezer and loads of space much improved from our old chest freezer.

This Freezer is amazing! It's the centrepiece of my kitchen and I've never been this happy. I really love the icecube tray with it's great design. The freezer is so spacious and I would recommend this to everyone! Go Samsung Bespoke! Go AO!

Bought this freezer to replace my spare freezer. This fridge has a grey body with black fringe and glossy sky blue door. It has a modern look and runs quietly. The shelves are wide enough to fit large size pizzas. There’s an ice maker on the left hand side of the freezer door which comes out easily. I would consider using that in the summer months. Although this can also be used as a fridge, I have no need for extra fridge space. I have taken a star off due to the middle of the door there were a few bubbles at eye level and the surface was not totally smooth at places. It appears that the production team did not do a great job putting on the glossy sticky sheet on the door. It is not noticeable in a distance. In addition to that, my husband had no luck in fitting the fridge door handle and have given up. The screws just won’t go through the holes. He did use a manual screwdriver. Perhaps an electrical screwdriver is needed for the fitting. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.
