Bought this based on feed back of other Shark products from family . Really easy to use and very efficient. Not too heavy to carry up two flights of stairs. What’s not to like . Great product. Only drawback is I had just bought 5 litres of detergent for my last mop, which then broke. This one doesn’t need it so can’t complain.
