Very impressed with how my hardwood, stone, tiled and vinyl floors came up also the steam jet was good on grout lines. They'll still need a scrub but improved them with regular use I think it'll make real difference. Deducted 1 star as like their vacuum its a bit heavy on the wrists so I don't recommend it for anyone with wrist issues.

Makes cleaning hard floors really a lot more efficient and hygienic than a mop and dries a lot quicker. Maybe better if it was cordless and able to stand up on its own

Really easy to put together. The long cable makes doing floor cleaning much easier than having to plug in several different sockets.

Arrived on time Easy to assemble Works well on tile and wooden floors only slight drawback is it doesn't stand up on its own so needs to lean against something

Love the product. It is very easy to use and glides effortlessly. My only negative being that the mop head tends to move from left to right with each stroke when cleaning under things i.e.cupboards, sofa etc and doesn't stand up on its own.

This is a brilliant machine. If I had to criticise I would say it probably would be easier to use if it wasn’t as heavy and for a short person the handle was a little shorter.. Performance wise it certainly does what it says..

Would have been 5* if you could use attachments on it. Have only used it once so can’t comment on reliability but seems well made.

A little more expensive than other steam mops but excellent, easy to use and cleans really well, my floors are absolutely spotless. It doesn't stand up on its own which is the only thing I don't like about it but on overall performance well worth it.
