Really quick and easy to use. Actually enjoy cleaning the kitchen floors now!!

The best steam mop I have ever owned. It cleans so much more thoroughly and the large pads can get in even awkward spaces. The extra long lead means you don’t have to keep unplugging and moving to another socket.

Absolutely brilliant, once the floor is mopped it drys very quickly without opening windows to dry quickly. The fast steam is good for extra clean too. The cable is very long so I can do all of my ground floor without unplugging, great purchase ??

Bought it as it was on offer. I knew Shark had a good reputation. Ordered Saturday, came Sunday. Fabulous product. Never going back to a mop and bucket again.

Item received within a few days. I was kept well informed regarding delivery from AO and was given a 2 hour timeframe of when to expect delivery. Wish other companies would do this and keep to timeframes! First time I have purchased a steam cleaner, so much better than my mop and bucket and cleans so much better with very little effort. Brilliant product , best price and excellent service overall!

Brilliant cleaner. Cleaned floors with original cleaner, then went over with new shark cleaner and was surprised at how much dirt came out. Jet of steam is really good as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Useful device, copes well with mud three healthy labs aquire ,happy no chemicals needed I live in Scotland so soft water won’t leave residue. I’m not sure if hard water areas will cause build up of lime. Just an idea as some comments suggested this may be so.
