Overall a great machine. Not had it long so 4 stars at the moment. Great smart feature to let you know how many tablets you have left and reminder to let you know you're running low as with the salt and rinse aid, plus you can set a time for it to run and much more. Early signs are that we are impressed with cleaning, which I'd the main factor.

Not entirely sure what the point of the smart features are, but other than that a good dishwasher (which we mostly bought as it was one of the few that would fit our kitchen). Cleans well, dries well, is fairly quiet.

Only used it twice but very happy with it. Had to download the user guide to figure out where to place the cutlery holder.

Perfect fit into space in kitchen.

Dishwasher is great. Dishes come out clean. Programmes are easy to understand. Online app allows for additional controls and programming possibilities. It also alerts when salt or Rinse Ais needs refilling. The door slides when opening. This is only marginally more fiddly when installing, but looks so much better for kitchens with lower plinth. Great applicable. The last Neff lasted more than twenty years. Hopefully this one will too!

My old Neff slimline gave up the ghost after a tremendous 15 years of constant use , so I had no hesitation in going for the newer version here. All is good so far, only been in a few weeks but if it’s as reliable as its predecessor I will be happy. AO delivery guys were very good too.
