WE HAVE BOUGHT MANY OVENS IN THE PAST NEVER HAVE I FOUND ONE WITH NO SHELVES YOU HAVE TO ORDER THEM SEPARATELY WHAT A NUISANCE WILL NOT BUY HOTPOINT AGAIN

A great addition to the family kitchen, in black modern and practical and looks fab! Standard sizing fitted perfectly where my old cooker fitted ( but check your sizes ). Build quality is the first noticeable thing, very simple and easy to use .... It is recommended that you heat the oven on full for at least an hour to get rid of the "new" smell. Best feature by far for the working mom is the diamond clean option. Overall this oven is great value of the money, looks good and is easy to use so gets the thumbs up from my family.

Overall I am happy with the build quality of this oven, the oven door is really sturdy and the oven dials feel really solid. The oven has seven cooking functions including a grill. It also comes with a steam cleaning function, which works by adding a small amount of water to the bottom of the oven and putting it on the clean setting and when it finishes you can wipe down the loosened dirt from inside the oven - I really like this feature as it means I no longer have to use harsh chemicals to get my oven clean. The clock comes with a timer, delayed start function and programmed end function and it is really simple to learn how to use. The information says it comes with a grill pan, but it only came with one oven shelf and a baking tray, I would have preferred two shelves for an oven of 66L capacity. A negative I do have on the build quality is that when pulling out the oven tray with an item on it, the shelf can tip and it seems like it would be quite easy to tip the contents of what you are cooking onto your lap. The oven door can also get quite warm whilst cooking, which can be quite uncomfortable to stand in front of when using the hob. The temperature dial is set out as 60,80,100 and has no lines in between to help determine temperatures that are in between the dial markings, I don't understand why this wasn't included as I feel it is something that should be on every oven and it is quite hard to know if you are setting the correct temperature if you need a temperature between the markings they have provided. Overall I do like this product and feel that the build quality of it is good, it also comes with a good number of cooking functions and it is really easy to learn to use. I marked it down as I feel the oven door gets a bit hot and I don't like the way the shelf tips when taking food out of the oven.

Very happy with this Hotpoint built in oven. It heats up very quickly & cooks evenly & fast. The price was good too. I would highly recommend this oven & so far cannot fault it. Forgot to say, it looks good too.

I am pleasantly surprised with this oven. We researched a lot to try and find a reasonably priced under-counter oven with enough capacity to cook for a family. And this is it! So far so good! It seems to have the biggest internal capacity for ovens of similar external dimensions. The outside of the door is not too hot, even when cooking at 220 degrees. I was slightly disappointed with an oven this size it only has one shelf. The answer was eBay for a spare. It also has no grill pan in spite of having a grill. However, all in all, a very good buy!

Looks really good in my new kitchen. Love the timer which switches itself off at the allotted time - great when you have teenagers who put stuff in the oven then go off and forget about it! Only con would be no grill and would have liked another shelf.
