Appears to be a well-built product, although it is too early to speak of reliability. Does its job well, as you would expect. Pyro function not yet used. Cooling fan, after cooking, is noisy. Power cord is too short - Hotpoint service recommended an electrician to cut off plug and extend, which really defeats the "plug-and-go" idea.

Works well and cooks efficently, needs a better instruction manual and needs extra wire shelf and Grill grid for grill pan.

It's been very good so far. Easy to use with lots of different functions and an instruction manual that was easy to follow.

Good oven but cooling fan very noisy

Great size of oven & like that it comes with 1 rack and 2 trays. Easy to install as just plug & go. Down sides are that the cooling fan afterwards is pretty loud and stays on for around 30 minutes. Also depth of oven is deeper than last one so doesn't sit flush with kitchen surfaces unlike our last one.

Very easy to install as it has a plug. Good range of functions. The only disappointment was that it doesn't come with a grill pan wire rack, which is frustrating.

Good features and cooks evenly. However the cooling fan is noisy once oven is turned off and takes a long time to finish if door is left closed. Best to leave door ajar after cooking and cooling process finishes faster.

It was easy to fit easy to operate and cooks the food evenly and with 2 drip trays which can be used to hold the food for cooking means the space in the oven is fully utilised. Only one downside is the timer doesn't have a audible sound only flashes
