Overall good oven . Great quality and good quality.

This oven worked no more than 15 times! First of all the light bulb fused, then a couple of days later the oven wouldn't turn on at all. Checked all the wiring connections and they were fine. Oven completely dead. Unfortunately the oven is no longer under warranty. We had installed it into our new-build house but only started using the oven recently, once we moved in. I rang Hotpoint and explained the situation, hoping that as a gesture of goodwill they might exchange it. No luck there - and none of their "care and repair" deals make sense. It's going to be cheaper to replace. We will NOT be replacing it with another Hotpoint oven. You get what you pay for! Will never buy Hotpoint again.

Honestly couldn’t fault this - even if double the price. Looks great. Works great. Super simple to work - haven’t read the instructions as yet but as a distinctly less than average technologist I have figured it out without. Very quiet. Happy happy happy.
