The bread maker is expensive, but it is worth the investment.

This bread maker is very flexible. There are recipes for a huge range of bread and cakes. I’ve used it for kits and basic recipes and it is equally good with both.

Bought this to replace our 15 yr old Panasonic bread maker. This one is definitely an improvement as the bread cooks a lot more evenly. It's incredibly simple to use and overall we're really pleased with it. Have made some lovely loaves of bread and delicious cakes with minimal effort. (The two cake recipes included in the manual are a bit strange - leaf tea cake and butter cake - but we've found others online that we like better). The only negative so far is that it does not always mix in all the flour in the corners of the pan, particularly with cakes, even though we always make sure to add all the ingredients in the right order/location (liquids round the edge). Not a big deal as it's only a bit of flour missed and it still tastes good once you scrape the loose flour off, but it does spoil the look of the loaf/cake.

Replacement for previous Panasonic model which lasted for 19 years. This one also makes delicious bread, though recipes seem to differ a little, with some taking less time. Still learning, but results very successful so far.

On the recommendation of a relative who has a Panasonic bread-maker, I bought this and have not been disappointed. It looks daunting at first but once you read the manual and test it out with a basic recipe from the booklet it is a doddle. I have amended recipes in the booklet for my own preferences and while I still bake from scratch this is a wonderful addition to baking and its kneading and proving options are very useful as well. It is also brilliant for general bread making as one can just set it going and forget about it for a few hours until the kitchen smells of baking bread and a lovely crusty loaf is ready. If you are a cook and like home-made bread this is definitely a worthwhile investment.

Perfect replacement for my old Panasonic bread maker. Prefer that the yeast is added when needed. Happy with purchase and would definitely recommend
