So far, excellent. The first loaf was a bit iffy, but then milk loaves often are. Every other loaf has been brilliant. The instruction manual is a bit unclear at times, but overall it's an easy-to-use machine. Main downside is that the whole family now expect freshly-baked bread every day.

I bought this as my previous breadmaker died after many years of hard work! I would recommend this one to anyone who likes homemade bread of all types. I have not bought a loaf of bread in a very long time about 15 years & this is my second Panasonic.the yeast dispenser is great there is also the fruit/nut one too. All in all it’s wonderful!

I bought this to replace a 15yo SD255 panasonic bread machine. So far, so good. I've tried a standard loaf, which was as good as the old machine. I've tried the "french" loaf with white and white/wholemeal and it's amazing and chewy. I really want to tried the sour-dough options (using the Panasonic starter., and my own starter). The jam option worked well but takes some experiementing to get the right time if you use a different amount (or wetness) of ingredients. My jam cooled into a nearly-solid candy but tastes great in slices!

I had previously had a Panasonic breadmaker in regular use for about five years and was delighted with the results. However one problem I had was there was not enough space between my worktop and underside of kitchen wall cupboards to get the breadpan in and out without pulling the machine forward on my worktop. Recently some idiot overdid this resulting in the purchase of my new machine!! My new machine is designed to sit at 90 degrees to my old one and so the lid does not need the previous space to get access to the breadpan and therefore doesn't need to be pulled to the worktop edge, hopefully now idiot proof! There are also more programmes on my lovely new machine and although I tend to stick to a limited number of favourites, the opportunity to do sourdough and such like is beckoning. The loaves I have done so far have been reassuringly up to the Panasonic standard and I live in hope of living with and loving this machine for many years!

Very easy to use bread maker.Just put the ingredients in and the machine does the rest. Quiet operation also.Loads of presets for different types of bread. Highly recommended.

Over a number of years I have had 2 previous Panasonic Bread Makers and they have both been excellent. This one is certainly no exception, in fact it is even better. I make wholemeal loaves and they turn out perfectly soft with a satisfyingly crunchy crust. Delicious! Another great purchase from AO.com.
