Arrived on time, used twice so far and seems to work OK. Lots of options to get used to but we knew that when we chose this model. Bigger and heavier than the previous one we had but feels much more substantial (and is much quieter in operation). Overall impressed.

It's really simple to use, and results are great from first use.

Love the bread this thingy makes

I have had two cheaper brands (well-known) before and they have failed miserably. This time I did a ton of research and everyone said Panasonic! I love this machine with its separate yeast dispenser - guaranteed success! Definitely worth the higher price tag and hoping it will last many years.

Excellent service from AO.com and a brilliant bread maker. Paid for next day delivery however unfortunately was called into the office at short notice. AO.com called me when the courier arrived at my home address and arranged for the parcel to be left with my neighbour. Purchased this panasonic bread maker as my sister in law has one and it came highly recommended. I am not disappointed and thrilled with it new purchase.
