Excellent machine. Can't fault the build quality or it's ability to make barista level espresso time and time again . My only crit on the design would be the drop from the portafilter to the cup means you get splash back on the machine. For best results (and maintaining that all important micro foam) holding the cup closer for the first double shot or sitting it on an inverted cup for height makes a notable difference.

Fantastic machine, suitable for hobbyists who like to manually heat milk and beginners who can use the great automated feature. This is the second one I've bought now (first one my own, this one a present) as I rate it so highly. It's also at a fantastic price point compared to many comparable quality machines, and fits nicely even in a small kitchen. I've coupled mine with the Sage coffee grinder so I can use freshly ground coffee, however it's more than suitable for someone who likes to buy pre-ground coffee from supermarkets.

Great little machine, that doesn't take up too much room on the counter. Easy to set up and use and creates a lovely cup of coffee!

This coffee machine has been a game changer with a baby about to arrive! Comes with absolutely everything you will need to make a barista quality coffee. The black one is very unique which I love and it also comes with instructions and a guide on which equipment is needed based on what coffee you're using! Couldn't recommend it highly enough as you can also select milk temperature and consistency! Easy to use with the balance of producing top quality coffee!
