This is a fantastic little machine. So easy to use. Have used it every day for a week now and no problems. This is my first espresso machine so did not know what to expect but hoped to be able to make something similar to a cafe style drink. It can be totally automatic if you want or you can be a barista. The milk steamer works like a dream. I especially like the option to raise the milk temperature as I like drinks really hot. You can also alter the amount of foam in the milk with three setting or you can do this manually if you know how to steam milk..The only time I had a trouble getting the coffee holder in place I realised I had overfilled it, just use the razor tool to level to the correct amount and it fitted very easily. I took a long time deciding on this machine and I’m not disappointed. Looks very neat in the kitchen. I would recommend this machine.

Not the cheapest (although the AO price was good), but produces good espresso. Thermoblock heating, so quick to use. Of particular note is the automatic milk frothing, which produces excellent, reliable results. After frothing, machine automatically vents to clear the steam holes and reduce temperature so more coffee can be produced. Large water reservoir adds to convenience, as does the machine indicating when it needs cleaning etc.

Had this a week and very happy with it. Tall enough to get our cups in but not too wide, so neatly fits on the worktop. Steam nozzle works well, turns off automatically and even purges itself clean after use. Plenty of videos available online to show you how to get the coffee correctly packed, to give a really nice cup of coffee.

Making coffee has gone from a chore to a great experience that my partner and I are both competing to do. We love the taste of the coffee and the whole process of its creation. Love it!

This little coffee machine is absolutely perfect! My old one gave up on us a few weeks ago, so I trawled the Internet looking for another similar one. I discounted loads of cheaper ones for various reasons and then I stumbled across this one. The reviews were good especially for the milk frother, but it was quite expensive so I did a bit more research and decided it was the one for us! I found this on AO and although there are 2 colour choices the black one was selling for £80 cheaper than all the other colourways. I'm not sure why as it looks fab. It arrived last week, and although the initial set up took some time it's extremely easy to use, and I've used it every day without any issues at all. It's a fabulous product, really well made and feels solid. The accessories are excellent. I've been grinding my own beans and it's working perfectly with my grind and the coffee tastes delicious! The milk frother is absolutely brilliant! There are 3 heat choices and 3 steam choices - I can make perfect flat whites and lattes etc. I've not tried a cappuccino as the light foam isn't my favourite. I'm so pleased I decided to pay a bit more and go for quality - it's 10 times better than my old one and I absolutely love it!

I bought the black truffle machine as it was £150 more cost effective. It just doesn’t have the stainless steel that is so desirable. Makes great coffee once you dial in your grind. The auto clean and auto frother is so handy, I can make great latte art set on the middle settong of both. The main bonus is the 3 seconds heat and it’s ready to go. Just awesome.
