Again, only had this product for few weeks so my feedback is based on what I think of the product so far: Pro: - Small well made coffee machine (slightly bigger than Tassimo pod coffee machine) - Make good coffee - Milk frothing easy with it one touch button. Can set temperature and forth level. Can also manually froth like professional shop. - Quick startup to make coffee - Includes milk jug, water filter and descaling tablet Cons: - Be nice if they had online video manual compare to apps step by step long boring manuals. Watch other Youtube video for instruction how to use and wash.

I bought this machine for my father as a gift. I’ve had the same machine for the last 3 years myself and wanted to get same one for him. Best purchase ever. Reliable, easy to use and the automatic milk foamer setting is so good.

Great coffee from a simple and well thought out machine. Only misses 5 stars as the auto steam function seems to make the milk a little more watery than our old machine. Otherwise we enjoy our morning brews immensely.

Excellent machine. Can't fault the build quality or it's ability to make barista level espresso time and time again . My only crit on the design would be the drop from the portafilter to the cup means you get splash back on the machine. For best results (and maintaining that all important micro foam) holding the cup closer for the first double shot or sitting it on an inverted cup for height makes a notable difference.

Fantastic machine, suitable for hobbyists who like to manually heat milk and beginners who can use the great automated feature. This is the second one I've bought now (first one my own, this one a present) as I rate it so highly. It's also at a fantastic price point compared to many comparable quality machines, and fits nicely even in a small kitchen. I've coupled mine with the Sage coffee grinder so I can use freshly ground coffee, however it's more than suitable for someone who likes to buy pre-ground coffee from supermarkets.

Great little machine, that doesn't take up too much room on the counter. Easy to set up and use and creates a lovely cup of coffee!
