Easy to use and looks great, with a much smaller footprint than I thought it would have. Coffee tasted great right out of the box, but having then done a home barista course I realised just how much there was for me to do to dial it in to genuinely good espresso. Once I'd done that, wow! But it's a mark of the machine's quality that even before I'd set it correctly it still tasted great. Would definitely recommend - even the pro barista who gave took the training said he was blown away by it and would recommend to friends. That says it all.

Good product. Well built and doesn’t appear cheap and ‘plastic-y’. Lots of setting to get head around and dialling coffee in is a case of trial and error. The whole start to finish process can be a bit messy, but hoping when I get quantity right it’ll be a lot less mess.

Lot’s of flexibility to tailor the process from bean to cup. Built in grinder offers enough granularity. Steam wand works well. Really enjoying the espresso and no complaints so far.

So far so good (but early days). I did have to adjust the grinder under the hopper as the dial didn't go low enough. This was easy enough to do.

A cracking coffee machine. The variability allows for all of our tastes within our household to be accommodated. We held off from buying similar machines for many years but I am throughly impressed and extremely happy to have finally taken the plunge. I would highly recommend this machine because of its versatility and it was delivered without fuss and fully COVID secure.

A great machine that makes fantastic coffee providing you understand how to dial it in for your taste preferences. Build quality is very good and it looks great too. Would highly recommend for anyone happy to sacrifice the convenience of simpler machines for a better quality coffee.

Can't say anything else other than incredible. This machine is ready to go pretty much instantly, makes great shots, and steams milk to perfection. I love it! Great service from AO too! Would highly recommend.
