Best purchase we've made so far this year, coffee tastes amazing and delivery was quick and smooth

After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to buy this product. It is well made, functional and does make great coffee. Easy to clean too.

Seems good so far. Upgraded from a breville barista max. The steam wand takes getting used to as its not a single jet.

Superb coffee, went with the best reviewed machine on the market for value and taste, looks to be the correct choice. My barista skills need improvement to perfect the coffee. Excellent price and facility to choose delivery day with AO.

A good compromise between a fully automatic experience and having to become a fully trained barrista.

Coming from a more modest DeLonghi machine, this has completely changed my day-to-day coffee experience. The difference in quality is night and day. It even makes older/expired coffee taste pretty good. It is, surprisingly, easier to use than my old machine and is far more consistent with the coffee is produces. I was teetering on the edge of buying this for a long long time. Now that I have finally bought it, I could not recommend it enough to someone looking for a better coffee experience. I'm not exaggerating, but it is an honest competitor to coffee shop grade coffee.

Makes great coffee. It takes a few attempts to get the perfect cup but once that has been achieved, it’s so simple and easy. Would highly recommend

There is a fairly steep learning curve with this machine. For those expecting "one touch" simplicity it won't be for you. However once you have taken the time to play around with the grind size (and watch a few tutroials) and get it just right, the coffee that comes out is nothing short of spectacular and in a different league to the usual capsule machines. There is also a surprising element of real satisfaction once you crack it and pull the perfect shot of espresso.
