Great coffee machine. Simple to use and makes fantastic coffee every single time. Be as personalised as you like with the coffee strength, milk quantity and temperature. Additionally, it is also quite compact fitting perfectly in my small flat kitchen. Would highly recommend the step to bean to cup especially with the Sage Barista Touch.

Love everything about this machine, it gives plenty of options to make a perfect coffee however I have removed a star as after only one week paint is flaking on the drip tray which is shocking for a product at this price being used domestically at home.

Great product though the auto milk wand isn’t particularly accurate on the auto mode.

Love the look and feel of the machine. Have only had it a week & unfortunately not had the chance to master it at all yet - thus only 4 stars. (It would have been much easier for me personally if there was a fab manual / guide to help me. - then I would have given 5 stars.) AO were great. Delivery was quick, ordering was easy. Husband loves the coffee so far. Am going to do an online masterclass free of charge tonight, which was a lovely extra. As was the free coffee beans we received a voucher for.
