Did quite a lot of research before buying this but to be honest it wasn't enough! Don't believe all the You Tube videos as I did, as they would have you believe that this machine is a doddle to use and to be honest, it isn't. You need to have some coffee knowledge, (I had none), and you also need really decent beans, (which I didn't). It takes time to dial in to get a decent brew and this process can waste a lot of coffee. Once you do learn how to use it though, the coffee is great! Machine seems to be nicely built with some great features, but I can't stress enough that it really isn't a case of buy it, fill it with beans and then expect decent coffee! This is a Christmas present so we have not used it yet. However this was purchased having had a coffee from the same machine at a friend's. Can't wait to fire this up property.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this model to make sure the extra money for the 'touch' edition was worth it. It truly is an exceptional machine! You are guided through every set up step via the display touchscreen, you have a myriad of settings that you can fine tune to get the perfect grind and blend for your taste, it's fully customisable, and of course the important part: the coffee is 100% as good as your local coffee shop, if not more so! There are so many thoughtful and well made accessories also, although you will need to purchase a bean dump tray separately as this is not included. I'd seen some reviews saying that it's not great at handling non dairy milks, but I use standard Almond Milk and the froth and texture is just as good as I'd get from my local barista. 10/10, just regretting that I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend whom I don't live with, so I still have to travel for my perfect cuppa!

Allows you to be in control and adjust your settings to dial a perfect expresso. Automatic milk frother can be used manually if you want to perfect your milk skills, however the automatic function is fantastic. Over all you get much more satisfaction in creating the perfect coffee from this machine. I would highly recommend.

Nice present for my husband who has tried different coffee machines in the past, our old one broke and we was looking to purchase a new one. Honestly this makes such a nice coffee. Loads of different settings you can play around with to make the perfect coffee for u. It’s super easy.

This has been so simple to set up and use. The touch screen makes it easy to choose your coffee. The automatic function make it a breeze to use, but if you’re feeling more adventurous you can manually grind, pour and froth your milk to perfection.
