Oven heats very quickly and is very good value for money but no grill pan handle received. A quick call to stoves customer service and a new handle was received within 2 days. Excellent service from AO too. From initial order through to delivery into our home.

The cooker looks really classy in my kitchen It is very easy to operate and a pleasure to use The two ovens means different meals can be cooked at the same time I find the electric grill is very good. The cooker comes with a grill pan without a handle As I always use oven mitts I do not find this to be a problem. Also the number of shelves / slots in the main oven is a great feature

This cooker is very easy to use, the electric grill cooks well and the ovens heat up quickly. Overall it is a nice design and looks good in a modern kitchen.

We got this cooker to replace our old one (which was an older model of this). It cooks really consistently and gets up to heat a lot faster than the old one. The buttons feel a little cheap on the front of the cooker which is what was broken on the old one (beware children pressing them all the time behind your back), however are easy to use with the settings provided. There is plenty of room in the bottom oven to cook a Sunday roast with all the veg, and the top oven is great is your not cooking much or if you need the grill. Cleaning can be a little hard on the window, but with some elbow grease you can get it clean. It will not steam or anything like that on some of the newer cookers these days and the door is a drop down one (does not slide under and out of the way when you open it).

Deleted with my purchase of this Stoves oven. Easy to use, easy to clean and all smooth lines. could highly recommend . Also top marks to AO for making the delivery on time.

1 Ordering couldn't be easier as the staff were very helpful. and the delivery was set for the following day. 2 Delivery was the best I've experienced yet. firstly at the point of ordering you are given a delivery window then you are able to track your delivery right to your door. 3 the delivery staff were very helpful and polite. 4 the oven was well packaged and protected. 5 a gas safe engineer is required for the safe installation of the oven so please factor this cost into your purchase price. 6 it can be installed between two existing units or can be installed in its own housing and fits perfectly under a standard worktop and between the plinth rail at the bottom 7 The grill is electric and heats fast and grills evenly 8 the grill pan is a little sharp at the edges 9 what were Stoves thinking they provide a grill and rack but assumed that you wouldn't want to remove the grill for any reason unless you want to purchase the handle at an extra cost. I would have thought that they would have included this very basic safety device as a standard. 10 this is a first time purchase from AO and I am sure it will not be our last

The oven looks very neat and clean under the worktop and is easy to use. The double oven feature will come in handy when catering for the wider family especially at Xmas

Very good product which cooks and bakes very well. Smart looking oven at a good price. Electric grill very good too. Only negative is that the controls are awkward to see what gas mark you are at once you go above 4. I have resorted to using a mirror to avoid having to twist my head to upside down. A design fault which isn't apparent when you buy online or perhaps not until you use the ovens. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars?????.
