Terrible product - moved several inches everytime you opened the door. Had to be returned. HOtpoint were not able to provide a solution. We reordered a Samsung fridge which we are very happy with.

Very disappointed with this Fridge, as it moves forward several inches everytime you open the door due to the wheels at the back and the front feet being so small they do not stop the movement. This made it completely unfit for purpose and we had to return it.

No idea yet. One of the parts supplied to swap the door across was also for a RH hinge so we haven’t been able to use it yet. They also supplied the wrong part the first time they had to rectify the issue. It’s been standing in the middle of our kitchen for a week now and customer services say it will take 3-10 days to send the right part. Hope it is the right one this time, I even found the part number on the Hotpoint wensite and gave it to them. They don’t do it any faster even though they have supplied a faulty product. I’m still considering whether to just return it. Seriously unimpressed. Not buying anything from Whirlpool/Hotpoint/Ao.com again.

Product damaged on delivery. In all fairness the issue was resolved but it was a shame nonetheless.

It is big but the depth from front to back is much more shallow. Unsettling to have a warning after purchase, that the gas used to cool is highly inflammable and should one of the pipes carrying the gas leak the gas can't be smelt but will cause a fire!!! Not sure what the running cost is. Unclear with the new rating system but probably not good

Looks like the foot is missing at the front left corner. Came well protected in very good materials.

Good quality product and certainly worth the money. I did not choose the more expensive alternatives and am rather pleased I didn’t.

large fridge with enough shelves, looks good, time will tell
