Great product, easy to fit with the plug already attached. Power is adequate, no issues with balancing pots.

Looks very smart and easy to clean

My other half was fed up of our old gas hob and wanted to switch back to an induction hob like we did at the old house. We picked this product because it already comes with a plug fitted, so no need to get a qualified electrician in to fit it. Great stuff! Soo far, the induction hob was easy to fit and seal using the provided tape. Hob works great for what we’ve used so far. For the price too it’s a great product.

Really love it, was looking for a large sized plug and play for ages so this fits the bill perfectly. A doddle to fit.

Having just had solar panels and storage batteries installed at our home, it was good sense to remove the existing gas hob for this induction hob. Pleased is not good enough a word. The product is amazing, very easy to use. We opted for the full package installation, which as a brilliant idea, the installers were fab, helpful and extremely professional. Very pleased with the SMEG induction hob - it looks super stylish. Easy to install, especially with the plug and play feature. It raises pans to temperature quickly and is very responsive/easy to control the heat, once you get used to the settings. So very easy to keep it clean - no fiddling about around gas burner heads or pot stands. My one gripe with it is that the touch controls are not easy to see - you have to catch them in the right light. When I stand at the counter using the hob I have to twist to allow the light to fall onto the display so I can see it. This may cause difficulties for people with impaired vision. SMEG should take note and redesign this feature.
