Kettle arrived damaged from transit. AO team were brilliant and a replacement was sent within a few days. The kettle itself is really smart, quick boil and looks great!

We love our new kettle! It’s so beautiful and fits well with the style of our flat. It boils quickly and isn’t too noisy. It’s also super easy to fill because the handle is a good way from the lid so no issues with steam burns! Would definitely recommend!

Still has that new kettle metallic taste to the water but nothing that isn’t solved with rinsing the inside of the kettle before use. Great looking product and well made.
