Amazing product. Good value for money and looks very high end

This looks great but I’m not impressed with performance. It’s very loud, although it does boil quickly, the top is really difficult to get out, steam leaks from the on switch and, if you aren’t careful, it burns your hand. The minimum level is ridiculously high so you can’t just boil one cup of water and there’s an annoying ticking noise once the boiling has completed. I’ll be getting a different kettle as soon as I can, this was a waste of money.

A splendid retro kettle

The product itself is nice and works well. Sadly it was damaged with the 'Swan' emblem on the front hanging off. I couldn't be bothered sending it back as I needed a kettle so stuck with it.

I love this product! It looks very elegant and it's a lovely retro style and a warm grey colour. It's very compact and silent whilst it's boiling - always a bonus!!! Really good value for money and as always delivered on time with no flaff!!!
