Excellent customer service after all the problems I had with my GF Xmas present, The product is exception and used a few times a day without problem. They swapped to a better product. I will continue to order through this website.

Love this espresso machine, the colour is a nice cream that will fit in with lots of different decor and the retro style is funky. Easy to use and not fiddly to fill up or use - I previously had a machine where the water tank was a pain to it open so it ended up breaking. Foamer works well and pressure holds.

The coffee has a suspiciously chemical/plastic taste which is dreadful and could be harmful.
