The only reason I dropped 1 star is the fact that this item did not come with any documentation in English, so it is an import designed for another country, saying this during the start-up you get the chance to select English on the phone. I am really happy with the phone specially for the price.

Good phone which links to hearing aids, which previous phone didn't. Happy husband.

Arrived within 24 hours on standard delivery - well done AO. On the negative side the phone is not meant for the UK market - none of the Samsung literature is in English, and the start up screen isn't either, however it eventually scrolls though all the languages and it eventually gets to English which you then accept, after that everything is fine. This phone replaces an A10 and everything I've seen so far is positive.
