I wish I hadn't wasted my money. Middle (cups) drawer dropped out after third time of use. Broken crockery as a result. Bosch extremely slow to resolve the issue. Came out to look at it in 48 hours but then said they had brought the wrong part so would post it out to me. Basically a clip on the back of the runner keeps popping off in the wash so you open the drawer and it comes right out (not good if the cups are still hot either). Clearly should have been checked in the factory but wasn't. Spare part yet to arrive after 12 days. Waited in all day for UPS today but it is delivered to the wrong location so still no dishwasher. Zeolit drying makes no difference whatsoever, total gimmick and to be quite honest I feel conned. The noise level is no different to our entry level Beko that was a third of the price. Hate the cutlery drawer. Large plates and large glasses can't be washed in the same session, unlike previous machine. The extra rack on the bottom tray seems to have no use. When open in renders the whole rear line of plate racks useless too. This dishwasher is such a disappointment. Keep you money in your pocket and go basic is the best advice I can give you. On the plus side, the dog watches the floor display light intently for the entire duration of the wash and will not go for a walk when it is on.

Generally pleased with the product. Cleans much better than our 20 year old Bosch. The cutlery drawer is an understood trade off of space that frustrated me once but you just have to get used to how best to load it. My reason for marking it down a bit is the condition it arrived in from AO. The top of the door where the touch controls and display are is a relatively soft plastic and it arrived with some scratching. I can tell this is inevitable due to the material but annoying to arrive in that way. I didn’t think it was worth the bother of replacing it with another but it took the shine off the experience for me. The delivery guys were very efficient.

So far very happy with the cleaning, the silence mode and the remote activation app. The only thing I would note is that the washing machine dimensions is very deep and caused us some issues installing it in place. Recommendation, double check the dimensions before purchasing the product.

Great dishwasher. The drawers are much better laid out than our old Electrolux so we can get more in this one. Like the countdown times and the cutlery drawer. Installation was easy enough after watching a couple of YouTube videos. The instruction sheet is hopeless.. The only annoying thing is the door opens when it is touched. It is below our food prep area so it happens often. Stupid idea. Loses half a star for that. Not bothered with the app.

Great dishwasher for the price, modern, technology seems solid, quiet, options, on floor indicator. Shaved off one point as door opens very easily even when operating if one even brushes slightly against it. So interrupts the washing cycle. Wish could turn down the sensitivity.

This was a replacement for our Neff SD6P1F which had failed beyond economical repair. This was nearly an exact replacement with the integrated cabinet door a straight swap even down to the brackets. The washer itself does a great job with the dishes coming out dry every time. The time remaining projection is a good feature. I have not used the WiFi option and probably won't so I can't comment on it.
