Bought as a present for my wife as she has always wanted one. Well packaged on arrival. Everything is well made with no cheap plastic parts, has some weight behind it which means it doesn’t move while working and is surprisingly quiet through all speeds. Would definitely recommend!

Originally ordered a Smeg stand mixer as an engagement present for my daughter from a well known high street brand. It took over a week to arrive and was damaged and had to be returned ..Ordered a replacement from AO instead and it arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. The delivery driver checked the item was perfect before leaving and was very courteous and helpful. Thank you AO will use you again.

Looks great. As it is a gift we haven’t given it a spin yet. Hoping my daughter is delighted with it as she is a Smeg lover.

Bought this for my daughter, looks well and performs even better. Unlike other machines this mixes all the ingredients together well with out leaving untouched flour etc on the bottom. Would recommend
