Excellent product, lovely design, used everyday since buying and is amazing! Itcomes with more attachments than other brands of mixers. I love the dough hook, will be making lots of bread with this!

So pleased with our Smeg mixer but unfortunately it arrived with a small area of paint which had peeled off. Ao have been great and are sending a replacement on Saturday. Can’t wait to try it once the new one arrives.

Beautiful product looks lovely on the worktop, exactly what I wanted.

Baking is a serious business and requires serious kit which this certainly is, it’s not as powerful as my previous kenwood mixers but I feel this is loads better. It’s action is extremely smooth when in use and moving the speed lever is so simple, the mixing bowl looks heavy but the handle on the side makes it easy to put into place on the stand. I have to confess that I find myself stroking it when passing as I have it on show on my kitchen counter, it is also stunning to look at.

I used this to make my Christmas cakes this week and it performed beautifully, taking all the hard work out the preparation. Wish I’d bought one a long time ago!
