The dishwasher is fine but the shortest programme is 1hr rather than 35 mins of the previous one. It also seems to be at a hotter temp, but then doesn't dry the items properly. The wide black "handle" is ugly, the old one was narrowerer and all silver and it looked much better. Not sure who needs a WiFi connected dishwasher! ???????

Cleans well but not that easy to initially set up. Not particularly quiet

Washes well but am extremely disappointed it does not have a delicate or low temp setting for glassware. Lowest is the auto 45-65 setting. Even Bosch recommends glasses are not washed above 40. We set up the wi if & home connect thinking we could customise a setting under favourites but no. Bosch customer service not particularly helpful on this - said it was in the translation. Would not recommend this product as it can’t adequately perform all the basic functions of a dishwasher.

Does what it says on the tin. Decent cleaning, reasonably quiet, but no more so than my partner's DW tbat was half the originally advertised price. Was very impressed by AO's response to my seeing the same on another site and immediately refunding the difference, including honouring the competitor's discount code. Express programme is an hour long- last Bosch was more convenient 30 minutes. WiFi bit of a gimmick, do I really need a notification on my phone every time it finishes? I was particularly keen to replace an old semi integrated Bosch with as near like-for-like as possible. Bosch had supply issues, which took over a year to get this replacement machine. The competitor with whom I'd placed the original order 14 months earlier finally went into administration. AO delivered this machine within a week for free.

I liked the fact that the item fitted under my work top which is lower than average. The dishwashing is very good. I am very disappointed to realise that there is no cutlery shelf or cup rack which I am used to with my previous machine. I really miss it. When I ordered the new machine it was rated as A but it actually is E which is also a bit disappointing as I am aware of environmental actions. The machine looks good and does what it is supposed to do

I like this machine but disappointed it did not come with a cutlery shelf. I thought it was just missing but it is not standard on this model and you have to look at some very fine print to spot this. It took a very long conversation with a Bosch rep before he eventually spotted this. No complaints about AO and service from them was fine

Loads of functions, particularly like the delayed start, can use cheaper electricity at night. Can start it from iPhone, bit of a gimmick but lot of fun! Has very useful setting for plastic items in the wash, with old dishwasher they would come out wet even though china was dry. With the Bosch the drying function is prolonged so no more hand drying items after the wash.
