Already had an older Samsung watch, fancied an upgrade. This new watch is lovely, does everything the old one did and more. Love all the new features. As u can't keep my phone by me at woek I can get all my alerts, emails and messages on my wrist so I don't miss anything important. Looks great and the strap is very attractive and sturdy.

It's a great watch with a really good screen and features. It is a significant improvement over the watch 4 I was using.

I bought this for my wife for her birthday and she was over the moon with it. She still hasn't stopped playing with it! Pros: good looking piece of kit, early days but the battery seems to hold power for longer times than her previous watch, the overall layout of the operating system is very easy to navigate Cons: up to now just the screen size but tbf there are bigger screens so this is more down to my naivety My wife loves this watch, it's her first as before she had numerous versions of another watch maker (shhhh) and she's been won over within a few days. I would certainly recommend this watch, there are many amazing features (too many to mention here). so what are you waiting for? you know you want one ;)

I love this watch in general. I've marked it down one star because the battery life isn't great and needs a charge most days. There is also the issue with Bixby, if I want to use my voice to text I cant then access my normal text on my phone unless I switch over the default app so I won't be able to use that function. The strap is silky soft, I find myself playing with it! I usually react to silicone straps and have to buy a leather one but haven't to this one! It's easy to set up and I've tested out the functions. The blood oxygen and BP measuring are accurate, tested against medical devices. I love the complete customise functions for the background, I have an album that it scrolls through pics so it changes itself and have all the necessary on my screen, just where I want it!
