Product fine, AO rubbish. Paid for discconection and recycling. This wasn't done. No refund nightmare to contact AO 19 minute wait time!

I changed this washing it was coming with ERRO 31 or ERROR 34 due to broken water heater pump, I have to send it back to the shop in exchange of serie 4.

(This review after I've lived with this dishwasher for a year, so had plenty of time to get used to it.) If it had just a few straightforward buttons – perhaps "Heavy load", "Light Load", "Rinse only", "Delay Start" and "Go" it would be a fine machine. But it does too much, and the layout and labelling of the controls is neither logical nor intuitive. Certain functions can *only* be accessed via the Internet, and it took me half an hour on the phone to user support (admittedly very helpful) to work out how I had to program the thing *using my iPhone*. And when it's finished its cycle, it turns all the lights off; much better to leave one light on to show the dishes inside are clean. It cleans extremely well, and the layout of trays is fine, but why in the world does a dishwasher need to connect to the Internet?

It washes dishes and looks fairly smart. The smart features are pretty cool too if you like that sort of thing. The reason for the 3 star review is that the cutlery tray doesn't make sense... you can't have a dinner plate on the bottom a water glass on the top and the cutlery tray - it doesn't fit. We removed the cutlery tray on day 2 and went back to a cutlery basket and now all is OK. Drying function isn't amazing either.

It's basic dishwasher, need to rinse everything first.

Happy with the dishwasher but cold water filling pipe has a hole in it and water is coming up through my kitchen floor tiles. Didn’t realise for over a week as it was a drip. Not happy with installation.cant wait for ao to answer phone so will repair my self, however if my kitchen tiles lift I will definitely hang on for an hour to speak to someone. So if you have an appliance fitted check it’s done right.

This was to replace another Bosch dishwasher. Although full size, seems smaller inside & definitely not as well made. Eco 50 wash is now 3h 45mins (2h 20mins on old machine).

Washes very well but I find the payout of the shelves etc. aren't ideal. Even when you adjust the height of the upper shelf you can't fit wine glasses in. Perhaps there is a way to do it but I couldn't find it and ended up having to buy a separate wine glass holder which goes into the machine.
