AO were amazing. I got this for my elderly parents. AO kept me up to date throughout regarding the delivery, removed the packaging & placed it in the kitchen ready for installing. Installation was simple, with clear instructions although I skipped the WiFi connection bit as not needed. The product is brilliant. I went for the timer display version & it has 5 programmes with another 5 buttons for things like half wash, extra dry time etc. My parents both in their late 80’s LOVE IT. As is simple to use, cleans and drys as it should. They preferred the cutlery basket rather than a more expensive version that has a 3rd tray as this would hinder the plate size. 5 stars plus…. Well done.

Great service from AO and the deliver team as usual. This Bosch however, well I bought it to replace an 8 year old Bosch dishwasher that finally gave up. This one, in comparison to the previous one, feels flimsy, cheaply made and doesn't provide me with much hope that it will last the same amount of time. The door doesn't seem to be straight on the frame. As you open the door, it bend and contorts. The wire racks are fine, but there is nowhere for knives (don't mind too much) but also no way to prop up wine glasses. There is a decent distance between the shelf and the top of the machine, but not enough to stand a wine glass vertical. Controls are easy to use. Instructions are fine. Not tried the app as yet as I'm not overly bothered about it. ECO wash though takes over 4 hours! Bottom tray and cutlery basket are OK. All in all, it's OK, though the lack of a wine glass holder is very annoying!

Bought this to replace our old Bosch model that lasted 8 years. This model is quieter than the previous one and dries far better. Very pleased with it.

You would think a dishwasher is a dishwasher is a dishwasher, as they say. Nope! I had a cheaper item which was an own brand from a large chain and it did the job, was nothing special and needed rinse aid, salt etc. adjusting from new. Seemed OK until it failed in under 2 years. So, now let me tell you about this Bosch item. Out of the box, filled up with salt etc. and turned on for the first wash to clean it. Next thing was an Express wash at 65 degrees with my usual items. I was taken back by how quiet it is but more so with how shiny things were. Glassware that had been through my old dishwasher had a new lease of life in one wash! Cutlery looked polished and if you leave it to dry with the door closed it did that 100% too. This is in the base lineup for Bosch but I wish I had bought this first. I am as happy as a dog with two tails.

Please with how it works but the trays not as good as old Bosch dishwasher. Had 2 small trays each side on top of the top tray on old machine which could put long cutlery etc on also helped to keep items underneath right way up. Too large area for cutlery basket on bottom tray and placed in the middle of tray area. Wish I had kept the old trays as would have fitted.

Brilliant dishwasher. We’ve had it now for a couple of weeks. So far we’ve only used the Eco mode. This cycle does take 4 hours, but we pop it on overnight. With Eco mode, dishes are perfectly clean every time and we’re seeing our energy use go down already. It’s super quiet. The top rack is adjustable too, although we’ve not needed to adjust yet. Very happy with our purchase.

Seems good two weeks in, the enhanced dry mode might not be as impressive as billed, but generally solid performance. Construction seems robust, as I would expect from Bosch. The cutlery holder needs a split function whereby part of one side of the 'lid' can be folded over and left open, rather than the whole side. The slots in the cutlery holder don't accept wider ended cutlery, which my old Bosch tray did. Quiet in operation. Needs a WiFi app that loads/unloads the thing though :-)

It's a brilliant dishwasher the only thing when you first switch it on you have to wait a minute because it wants to connect to WiFi. Apart from that no complaints
