Failed after four months Bosch still have not returned my email Bosch customer service was appalling AO customer service was excellent, thank you Lisa

This machine looks great and washes very well. It also runs incredibly quietly. But despite being advertised as holding "13 place settings", it can hold - at best - 4 place settings. The interior racks have been very badly designed, resulting in very few items fitting inside the machine. To suggest that it will hold 13 plates up to 31" in diameter is just ridiculous, because it simply will not do so. 13 large plates, 13 bowls, 13 small plates, 13 cups, 13 drinking glasses - all in one cycle? I have queried this with Bosch UK and their response was to basically say that it's "not their problem". I would avoid this machine at all costs and instead look at an alternative manufacturer for your dishwashing requirements.

I would have loved this dishwasher if our dinner plates had fitted in it! Standard plates of 27 or 28cms do not fit where they are supposed to making the bottom drawer very difficult to use efficiently. We had to buy a whole new set of crockery with 25cm diameter dinner plates an extra £200! That aside the dishwasher is extremely quiet and washes well on the economy setting - but doesn’t dry so well on this setting it appears. We haven’t used the WiFi and I’m not sure that we will. Was it worth paying the extra for this particular dishwasher? I’m not so sure - especially having to pay for the extra crockery. Time will tell I suppose.

Does a brilliant job cleaning, but the bottom drawer isn't deep enough for large plates. Anything larger than a medium sized dinner plate will foul the spray arm and stop it rotating. Would be better with a shallower top drawer, to allow more space below the middle drawer (for the bottom drawer).

The layout inside is very good. Probably better than my previous Miele. But it leaves pools of water on top of cups which i dont recall on my previous dishwasher. its a minor thing so overall pleased.

Love everything about my new Bosch dishwasher. It was easy to install and to download the app so I can start it wherever I am. There’s nothing worse to go out having forgotten to put it on expecting the programme to wash and clean by the time you get back. Plenty of settings to choose from. Only wish it would empty itself !!!

The product is quiet and has many useful configurations for the trays. Usefully it has a third top level tray as well as a cutlery basket. Lost one star because I don't see any difference with the Zeolith drying and without. Should have gone for a washer that opened the door a rack when done to let the steam out like me previous Miele, which worked very well.

The top draw is a waste as you cannot fit much in it. Other than that quite pleased.
