Have had it a little over two weeks. Layout different from my previous one and dont think as good. Also too many choices to choose from - I just want it to wash my dishes etc in the easiest cost effective way possible so a couple of options would be ideal!!

I bought this Series 4 Bosch after my Series 2 let me down (pump failure - which would have cost more to replace than to buy a replacement). I'm somewhat disappointed by this purchase for a few reasons: 1 - The old Series 2 had an Eco program, which took about 35 minutes - great if like us you properly clean your crocks before you put them in the dishwasher. The new one's nearest wash takes an hour and a half and uses more power. 2 - The top basket is simply awful. The designer must have put this together after a heavy liquid lunch! The Series 2 wasn't that good, but this is a real step backwards. Most of us just want simple top baskets for cups, etc. If there are extra prongs, at least make them collapsable! 3 - The 'Favourites' menu item isn't as versatile as suggested, and you certainly can't put together your own program or download others. 4 - Wi-fi connectivity seems pointless; another 'gotta have this' moment from the designer. All it seems to do is send me a message when it's program is finished. The things above are disappointing, but overall, this is still a well made dishwasher that does a good job. I am however left wondering about what might have been with a bit more thought.

Bought this machine after the previous Bosch dishwasher gave 20 years of unbroken service but eventually died with a ‘water problem’ notification. All the associated pipes are very flexible so quite easy to install oneself sliding in between kitchen units. Would suggest you read manual first how to stop machine before setting up. We set it off on a four hour cycle with nothing it it whilst setting the water hardness. It easy to end cycle once you know how to. It cleans very well on the shortest setting which is about an hour long. It was noted that the machine has two revolving spray bars under the top basket so it reaches right up to the door panel. Glasses come out sparkling clean. Thing the Wi-fi element might be a bit of a gimmick and have not set that up. Would never dream of switching machine on when not in the building. On balance a really good machine and would recommend it.

I really really like this dishwasher, the only problem I have with it is the WiFi connection, which I can’t get to connect. It could be my phone, but it will connect to other items, it could be my router, but it broadcasts on both options, so I can only conclude that it’s the machine. I need to contact Bosch (I keep trying after hours...)

An excellent product at a good price. It was delivered during the time slot and I was contacted by the driver to say he was near me and told me he would be with me in 5 minutes. It was delivered to where I wanted it in a safe way in the present.

My first dishwasher! I did lots of research before deciding on this one. I needed a slimline one to fit in a specific space in my kitchen. This has not disappointed in any way! It’s quiet so I don’t have to shut the kitchen door closed while it’s on. Very easy to understand and select programs. I have several other Bosch appliances and am very pleased with them too. Highly recommend this dishwasher ??

Had the machine a week now and very impressed. Fitted in no time by AO Fitters(we did have a previous dishwasher) who were fully observant of distancing measures. Loads of different programmes and as a family of three plenty big enough. Adjustable shelf heights are good for more awkward items. And finally the best thing is it’s so quiet. Recommended.

Love the efficiency of the dishwasher and it’s virtually silent running. Not so keen on the rather complicated setting up and using of the controls. Rather small interior, unlike my previous Bosch slimline dishwasher. That’s my fault for not checking the interior size and/or capacity. Overall I am pleased with the quality, efficiency and price.
