very smart looking. I love the two burners with the large pan setting

we expected Smeg to be a high quality item but it doesn't seem to be. We never actuality got it installed as it was damaged on delivery, but the quality is not what expected. The enamel is scratched and looks to be very easy to scratch so can't imagine this wearing very well when cleaning etc. The control knobs look very plastic and one was broken due to poor packaging. None of the cast iron pan supports lay flat on the hob, they all rock. Seems like Smeg are trading on the name with a very poor quality product.

Great product, arrived on time and is precisely as described. Minor issue with the product that AO.com have resolved and reassured me that their service is great.

Great looking product and works well. Build quality is a liitle low though, definitely not premium given the cost of the hob.

Very stylish looking and extremely easy to use. The Hob of itself is well made with stainless rings which are easy to keep clean. The bars are made of cast iron , very sturdy but don’t drop them else they could break. Functionally, easy to use, really happy with my purchase.

A stunning looking piece of kitchen equipment. It really looks brilliant and the dual function Wok burner in the middle is a bonus for the keen cook. Feel I made the right choice.
