    Bought microwave and matching kettle and toaster as replacements for my 91 year old mother-in-law. The toaster seems to be working well. No burnt toast as yet! It is very stylish and fits into the decor in her kitchen very well.

    The outside (white part) is like a soft feel material! It’s a beautiful design and easy to use. Standard settings, the same for any toaster. Smooth and the dial snappy. Love it.

    Easy to use, only thing is if the bread is too big you have to turn it around, however it does pick this up and seems to only toast the naked bit!!

    I can only comment on the appearance of the toaster as it was bought as a gift for Christmas, but it looks fabulous, my daughter is looking to buy the whole range as they look so nice.
