Very good product. Really easy to use and feels really well made. So happy with it.

Clean lines, easy operation, reliable in use - only slight inconvenience is the location of the crumb tray at back of toaster.

OK, we've only had it a few days but it does seem to be working fine. Browns evenly. If I have a reservation it is a bit on the big side. On the other hand I think its bulk does keep the outside cool.

I bought this toaster, along with the matching kettle, as I thought they looked good. Oh, what a disappointment! The toasting slots do not pop up high enough to enable extraction of the toasted goods, especially smaller items such as crumpets. This necessitates switching off the toaster at the wall and digging the items out. The toaster also browns more one side of the item than the other and it is VERY SLOW! Horrible machine. Wouldn't recommend.

Stylish toaster. Makes great toast. Unfortunately the wooden handles don’t match the wooden handle of the kettle but I can overlook that.

Nice toaster quite big,down side the toaster doesn't let the toast come up higher for you to take out easier when toast is done

A long overdue purchase, I was a bit apprehensive about forking out £££ for something that only gets used a few times a week. AO to the rescue. This little beauty was reduced, so I snapped it up. It has all the functions I need, isn’t overly complicated, looks slick, and finally I can toast for a guest or two!
