    Disappointed

    1/5
Ordered this on Saturday. Delivered and installed on Thursday. Woken up Friday morning by a loud constant clicking sound and some of the LEDs on the clock not lighting up. Unable to return as it was opened (how else would I find out that it’s faulty if I don’t open it?) Still waiting for a confirmation message regarding engineer visit. Please also remember it comes with no gas hose or power cable!!! Overall: looks great but not very robust and kind of flimsy and “rattley” Hopefully no more disappointments in store.

    Poor quality

Had this for a couple if years now. Not the best quality, oven temp is uneven, the red plastic on the lights for the oven have disintegrated and the knobs are loose. On the positive side the grill gets really hot. However the top oven does not regulate a temperature very well. Overall pretty poor value for money.

    Looks a good cooker?

Product looks good but unfortunately door to main oven opens by itself when it gets hot. This has happened since being installed a few days ago I have only used oven twice but hoping technician will be coming soon to resolve. It is potentially dangerous and could burn kitchen cabinet next to oven.

All fine until it kind of blew up

We bought this stove in October 2016 from ao.com. Generally it had worked ok, some uneven temperature when baking cakes but generally worked well. On Boxing Day 2017, 3 months after the warranty expired we had a loud bang and a little flame and it has broken. We’re disappointed to have spent so much on a cooker only to be told by Stoves that it’s £145 to have someone come and repair it so soon after buying it. We’re waiting to find out if it’s repairable but even if it is - it’s an expense too soon after purchase for us and as a result we wouldn’t recommend it.

Purchased this cooker at the end of last year after spending quite a long time researching to find the best product within the price range I was initially pleased with the look and finish but found the shelf positioning in the main oven meant that I couldn’t use all 3 shelves unless using shallow trays so not sufficient for cooking a family roast for instance A couple of reviews had mentioned that the lowest hob setting was not low enough and I too have found this to be the case I decided it was worth spending a little more to get a better quality finish as there were comparable products with a lower price point- however the stainless has tarnished, the hob position indicators have come off when cleaned and when you take the glass out of the top oven door it won’t stay open so replacing the glass once cleaned is quite precarious It has not lived up to my expectations on design or ease of use I don’t find it cooks evenly either So sadly I wouldn’t recommend this product

Probably best of the bunch in this price range

Really struggled to find a cooker that had the features we wanted, even when willing to spend double the price of this cooker. pros - its a cooker in the colour we wanted cons - no where as good as our 15 year old cooker we replaced...but then what is. Flimsy build, uneven cooking and no true variable temperature grill.

    So far so good

Hob is slightly annoying as you have to hold the flame for a few seconds otherwise the flame goes out. Only used oven once so far- smell was awful- hopefully this will go. However it did heat up very quickly compared to our old oven.
