Having struggled with an ageing and dirty gas oven for so long what a delight to have an efficient and clean electric oven. Easy to use and looks stunning in the kitchen. Packaging and delivery top notch.

The stainless steel looks great in the kitchen. The hob lights easily and is responsive to adjustments. The oven and grill are a great size and heat evenly. I love having the lid which I can put down and create a uniform counter-top. Happy bunny.

So far so good, cooker looks really good cooks evenly , would definitely recommend.

Hob is slightly annoying as you have to hold the flame for a few seconds otherwise the flame goes out. Only used oven once so far- smell was awful- hopefully this will go. However it did heat up very quickly compared to our old oven.

Great cooker. Visually the steel design really improves the overall look of a kitchen. Easy to use, heats evenly with plenty of room to cook a full Sunday roast. The secondary cooker does not have a light however I'm unlikely to use this oven other than for grilling.

The product is ok, the service which I got was really not to the standards I was hoping from AO. I was a first time customer purchasing the product and the service I got was really below the standards that AO sets. I had 2 failed delivery and the installation wasn’t carried out as I was told that by the engineer that they couldn’t install due my pipework issues. I wasn’t even given any other explanation or any other alternatives. We just wanted to get new cooker and have it installed by AO. I had to find private installer and that cost me more that installation I paid AO for. I am really not happy and not sure if I will shop at AO going forward. Sorry.

Very nice looking dual fuel cooker- spent ages researching online before taking the plunge!

We replaced a very old gas cooker with the Stoves dual fuel cooker, it looks so smart in the kitchen, very good quality and and cooker is performing really well. I did a lot of research and I’m so glad I chose this, and it’s made in the Uk which is a bonus!
