The range cooker wasn’t as good as we expected. Back leg is broke so can’t adjust or move it, metal plate in the front left door has moved across the door in between the two glass panels and the handles are so far out that when we open the oven it’s scratching the paint from our newly fitted kitchen ?? really disappointed

Arrived with one of the gas igniters faulty AO don't seem to acknowledge any after sale issue and had to call Stoves direct to arrange an engineer not what you expect from a brand new oven and had installed by AO. would love a call from AO to discuss

After delivery, and we hot it out of packaging, we noticed grill plate missing, which they rectified and are now sending. When fitted electric grill would not work niether time clock, after calling them they saide was the electrics installed properly! and then they ssid if they had tovome out it would cost me £180 if it was my fault . I then Pulled cooker back out only to find a terminal not fitted correctly in backbox, Are you going to refund me £180 for your failing? Also had to support back of cooker with packing as rear rollers weak in housing causing cooker to wobble. Finally the dots on front of cooker, one is wearing off already and thermostat light has crack on inside , but can't be bothered to phone and wait for at least 25 mins to talk to someone

The cooker is beautiful aesthetically. Its sturdy and solid and 'cooks' really well. I thought I would regret buying a fan oven as I'm used to gas but this cooker's oven is just fabulous. I'm convinced things taste better. The doors were uneven but we were given a replacement by the manufacturer very quickly which still isn't quite right and they are looking into rectifying this too.

It’s a good oven but the instructions were not great

Looks amazing and so great to have the option of 3 ovens. Just a shame about the delivery

Good looking product that has performed well.

We have only had this oven for 1 week. So far we are very impressed. Both ovens preheat much quicker than our previous oven and the temperature certainly seems to be spot on to what is shown on the dial. Gas burners work very well and we like the space by having the wok burner in the middle. So I give the oven 4 stars. It would be 5 stars however as said we have only just got it.
