This is the second one i have had and neither of them work and getting through to customer services is virtually impossible

Arrived today 12/10/22 on time. Removed all packaging and filled water tank.When pushing teapot in it cocks up and needs to have the handle moved to the left before it will start to boil. The big plastic cover over the switch stops the teapot from sitting down properly meaning that you have to wiggle it about to make it switch on. I think its rubbish and not fit for purpose. I have not boiled any water in it. I have owned 3 Swan tea makers before the first one had a metal tea pot, the one I have now leaks but it is better than my new rubbish one

Really disappointed! Hubby bought me this in December, clock stopped working in January and now the switch apparatus has become temperamental and is hard to get to stay on. Lasted 3 months. Cheaply made garbage unfortunately, like most modern appliances, all looks and no quality or functionality. Don't waste your money

Bought this in November 2020 and it’s already stopped working, even though used less than once a day. It no longer heats water to sufficient temperature to make tea so suspect thermostat has already failed. Very disappointed, given my old Goblin Teasmade lasted nearly 20 years!

It starts the boiling process for for a minute or two but then suddenly stops the boiling process and does not transfer the water from tank to teapot. This happens in the tea now button on selection. Need to replacement the faulty teasmade.

We have had teasmades in the past but this is the worst ever. 1/ The clock is so awkward to set and with accuracy for the tea setting. 2/ The light on the clock even turned down is still to bright for a dark bedroom, it needs a off switch. 3/ When the tea has made the teapot drips all over the place. Can not recommend this model at all.

The product only made tea as an alarm 4 days and now it only automatically boils occasionally so don't rely on it as an alarm as it just turns off. The tea now Bitton works fine so i tend to set my alarm clock then press the now function. I am awaiting AO getting more stock to return for an exchange.

It is a good looker, replacing the one we had before, but unfortunately it has failed twice in its first week of use, failing to trigger the tea.
