I bought this as a gift for my mum for Christmas. She was over the moon with it but after a couple of weeks of using it it became temperamental and she never knew if it would work or not. Such a shame

Wish I bought this teasmade years ago , so nice to wake up to a nice cuppa first thing in the morning, absolutely love it , I have already recommended this teasmade to my friends,

The product only made tea as an alarm 4 days and now it only automatically boils occasionally so don't rely on it as an alarm as it just turns off. The tea now Bitton works fine so i tend to set my alarm clock then press the now function. I am awaiting AO getting more stock to return for an exchange.

This was bought as a birthday present for my daughter in law .. having received one myself as a present two years ago . Absolutely love !it It is stylish and ticks all the boxes for performance, look and ease of use! This is the best teas made to buy ! Love everything about it and takes pride of place in my bedroom .

Could benefit from having an LCD clock with built in radio

Replaced a Swan Teasmade we had had for years. Afraid the new one is a little disappointing. The first one arrived with one of the rubber feet missing. The replacement from ao.com overcame that deficiency but on using it we have found that setting for timed teamaking can easily be turned off accidentally by vibration, seemingly due to the teapot moving slightly and releasing a button overriding the automatic setting. The teapot lid is also difficult to remove.
